FRANKLIN COUNTY SOLID WASTE Solid Waste is the responsiblilty of all citzens. It is regulating the handling, processing, recycling, marketing of recycled materials, and disposal of non-hazardous solid waste. Franklin County is in the West River Valley Regional Solid Waste Management District. Ozark boasts a newly constructed $250,000 Transfer Station, where the city’s trash is sorted and hauled to various locations for disposal. Citizens may bring their recyclable trash here as well.
